evaporators

Ankita Technologies is a leading Evaporators suppliers from India. The process of evaporation is used widely in the chemical and process industry, and for a variety of purposes. These include the concentration of solutions (often as a precursor to crystallization of the solute), revaporization of liquefied gases, refrigeration applications (cooling or chilling), and generation of pure and mixed vapors for process applications.

falling film evaporator

A falling film evaporator is an industrial device to concentrate solutions, especially with heat sensitive components. The evaporator is a special type of heatexchanger. In a falling film evaporator, the liquid is fed at the top of the tubes in a vertical tube bundle.

rising film evaporator

In this type of evaporator, boiling takes place inside the tubes, due to heating made (usually by steam) outside the same. The creation of water vapor bubbles inside the tube creates an ascensional flow enhancing the heat transfer coefficient. This type of evaporator is therefore quite efficient.

multiple effect evaporator

With the increasing trend in the cost of coal, fuel oil etc; it becomes mandatory to use the vapors of previous effect in the steam chest of following effect. This requires the multiple effect evaporator system. As the number of effect increases the steam economy increases on the other side capital cost will be more.

agitated thin film evaporator

Agitated thin-film evaporation has been very successful with difficult-to-handle products. Simply stated, the method quickly separates the volatile from the less volatile components using indirect heat transfer and mechanical agitation of the flowing product film under controlled conditions.
